  • International Shipping – USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, and more

Flat Rate Shipping

  • We charge a flat shipping rate of $25 USD on all orders, regardless of quantity or location.

  • This fee includes handling, packaging, and postage.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders: 2–5 business days

  • International Orders: 3–10 business days

  • Remote or Rural Locations: May take up to 15 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs, local courier schedules, or unforeseen events.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.

  • If you haven’t received your tracking info within 48 hours, please contact us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs.


Returns & Refunds Policy

At Premium Ace Ultra, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the order

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or receipt)

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be approved.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective items.

  • If you’d like an exchange, please email sales@premiumaceultra.com within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return process:

  1. Email sales@premiumaceultra.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos of the product (if applicable)

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and address.

  3. Ship the item back to us. You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days.

  • Original shipping costs ($25) are non-refundable unless due to our error.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

  • After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

To cancel your order within the window, email sales@premiumaceultra.com with the subject “Cancel Order #[YourOrderNumber]”.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order is:

  • Marked as delivered but not received – Please check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office.

  • Arrives damaged – Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
